Plumbing & HVAC Service Office Manager- Broussard Services
Broussard Services is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Plumbing & HVAC Service Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to keep people and schedules organized, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch for Plumbing & HVAC service technicians
Manage and support service office and administrative staff
Help ensure customers receive prompt, professional service
Review work orders and make sure completed jobs are ready for billing
Coordinate with Accounting on invoicing, customer accounts, and documentation
Manage maintenance agreement scheduling and renewals
Assist with purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination
Track service department performance and help improve office processes
Keep communication flowing between customers, technicians, management, vendors, and Accounting
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of office administration, dispatch, customer service, or operations experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
HVAC, Plumbing, construction, or field-service experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Housecall Pro or similar service/dispatch software is a plus
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the Service Department office, support our technicians and customers, and help keep the department organized, efficient, and growing.
